CCP Does a lot of Damage Control!
A year ago ccp declared that they weren’t going to be implimenting any micro transactions within the game. Now they’ve since clarified that there would be no “Game Breaking” micro transactions. This is fantastic news, and something the community and playerbase needed to hear. Some sort of concrete declaration that we can quote and rage about later when the subsequent game changing micro transactions may occur.

How is CCP defining “Game Breaking?” Not quite sure. For example we have PLEX, which are Pilot Liscense Extention Cards that you can use to extend your monthly game time, or you can purchase to then sell on the markets. Basically a legal RMT or Real Money Trade. Does ISK give you an advantage within the game? Absolutely, the game revolves around the making and destroying of “ISK.” ISK is time, isk is money. Essentially there can be many more additions to the game that are similar to the impact of a PLEX. Where is the line drawn?
As for customer service, CCP didn’t mention anything on the Hilmar email. This embarassing leak was not addressed in the follow-up CSM Summit meet blog, nor in the previous blog announcing the summit meet.
